Day 17 - October 1st

We camped in Moab Utah and headed out to Bryce Canyon early on the 1st

The canyons are pretty cool looking and there are all these points sticking up from the ground.
(I think the park ranger told us they were called hoodoos)

The colors were so bright but it is hard to see in the picture.

We hiked a trail called the Navajo Loop. It is suggested that you take the trail clockwise - I wish we paid more attention to that because hiking back up the canyon was tough!

This is us just being good citizens. Helping to hold up part of Bryce Canyon.

After seeing Bryce Canyon we drove to Zion National Park.

We were exhausted from our hike at Bryce Canyon, and there was a lot of construction around Zion so we pretty much went to the visitors center and drove the main road.

I'm sure Zion had a lot more to see but we enjoyed the views from the car.
